Unified Basketball Clinic (MS) presented by Dutch Bros.

Wednesday, July 24 - 8:30am

It's back! Thanks to the generous sponsorship of Dutch Bros., Hoopla is proud to present a Unified Basketball Clinic!  FREE for all unified student-athletes in middle school, the Unified Basketball Clinic will offer these students a chance to learn basketball fundamentals and skills from Hoopla’s expert staff all while having a great time together at Hoopla's magnificent championship court setting.  All participants also will receive a free t-shirt.  The Wednesday session will be geared for middle school student-athletes.

Hoopla Men's & Toyota Women's Invitational 2x2 Tip-Off Tournaments

Wednesday, July 24 - 5:30pm
The 2x2 Tournaments at Hoopla's Championship Court feature special teams invited from the Hoopla ranks who battle it out in a fun-filled bracketed format. Both the Men's and Toyota Women's 2x2 Tournaments are a great way to tip-off Hoopla!

Toyota 2-Ball Contest

You will LOVE the Toyota 2-Ball Contest, featuring a Hot Shot Contest-type point system but with two partners alternating shots and trying to rack up the highest score possible in one minute.

Free Kids Clinic conducted by Hoopla & The Salem Family YMCA of Marion and Polk Counties presented by Oregon OMS and Drs. Howerton, Hopkin, Kennedy, Clark & Howerton

Friday, July 26 - 10:00am-12:00pm

Each year Hoopla and the Salem Family YMCA of Marion and Polk Counties jointly conduct a kids' clinic focused on basketball fundamentals for interested youngsters from the Salem-area and beyond. This awesome fun-filled event is sponsored by Oregon OMS and Drs. Howerton, Hopkin, Kennedy, Clark & Howerton, Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, and it is FREE to area kids. A two-hour event, the Kids' Clinic annually attracts hundreds of young basketball-loving ballers, who take part in drills and are given tips on the game by coaches and players from local colleges and high schools.

Chuck E. Cheese 1x1 Tourney

The inaugural Chuck E. Cheese 1x1 Tourney at Hoopla in 2023 was amazing!  In just about every other event at Hoopla, you have to relay on your teammates.  Not in the Chuck E. Cheese 1x1 Toureny - you alone can prove you are "king of the hill" and win your age division championship!  We expect another big turnout for this event at Hoopla XXV, and we hop you will join us for the festivities on Thursday before the Kona Ice 2x2 Tourney played on Friday and then Hoopla proper 3x3 on Saturday & Sunday.

Kona Ice Friday 2x2 Tourney

2:00pm-8:30pm, Friday, July 26

$100/team (Registration Deadline: July 20)

The Kona Ice Friday 2x2 Tourney has been a HUGE HIT at Hoopla!  Rosters of 2 or 3 compete in a 2x2 tourney in multiple different divisions. This event is proving to be a great way to get into Hoopla and get "warmed up" on-site Friday before the big 3x3 festivities on the weekend.

Home2 Suites by Hilton Free Throw Contest

A test of acumen and nerves, the Home2 Suites by Hilton Free Throw Contest finds the most clutch Hoopla participants each year. In this hotly-contested match, mental toughness, skill, and the abilty to focus while blocking out distractions are all paramount. Think 30 straight free throws is pretty impressive? When it comes to the Home2 Suites Free Throw Contest, participants might need to think again! There are eight (8) separate divisions in which to compete: Male 18+; Female 18+; HS Boys; HS Girls; MS Boys; MS Girls; Grade School Boys; Grade School Girls.

Umpqua Bank 3-Point Contest

The Umpqua Bank 3-Point Shootout is sure to be a favorite contest for all the sharpshooters playing in Hoopla this year. Firing 3-pointers from all around the 3-point line and racing against both foe and clock, the Umpqua Bank 3-Point Shootout offers challenge, excitement and thrills for the very best of the best shooters in Hoopla in eight different divisions: Male 35+; Male 18-34; Female 18+; HS Boys; HS Girls; MS Boys; MS Girls; Combined Grade School. Winners in each division will receive prizes!

THE GAUNTLET presented by Alaska Airlines

Saturday, July 27 - 6:00pm (Toyota's Championship Court, #16)

Oregon Specialty Group Hoopla XXV presented by Toyota & Dutch Bros is constantly striving to improve, and as part of this year's big 25th Anniversary celebration, the event is introducing THE GAUNTLET presented by Alaska Airlines!  THE GAUNTLET will be OSG Hoopla's first-ever ladder tourney, with positioning determined by random draw, and a series of 25, 1:00 minute games yielding a champion who wins Alaska Air RT airline tickets as their prize.  Limited to 26 teams, all teams are welcome to nominate themselves for THE GAUNTLET... Sure to be fast-paced and exciting, THE GAUNTLET promises to be a staple going forward at OSG Hoopla.

Courthouse Club Fitness Hustle Awards

Saturday & Sunday, July 27-28 - All Day

Sure when a kid scores she might see her name in the paper the next day, but Hoopla is rewarding those participants that hustle the best, show the most heart, and do the unglamorous things that help their team win. So who knows? Take the charge, dive for a loose ball, set five good screens in three sequences and maybe you will be a winner of a coveted Courthouse Club Fitness Hustle Award!

Hampton Inn & Suites Sportsmanship Awards

Saturday & Sunday, July 27-28 - All Day

Whether it be applauding the great play of an opponent, helping a fellow Hoopla competitor off the ground, saying "nice play" to somebody on the other team, or thanking an official for their time and help at Hoopla, great sportsmanship helps make everybody's experience at the event better. In recognition of acts big and small, seen and unseen -- Hampton Inn & Suites will be passing out rewards for great sportsmanship throughout this year's Hoopla!

Mega Foods Best Uniform Awards

Saturday & Sunday, July 27-28 - All Day

You don't have to have game to be a winner at Hoopla XXV...  Thanks to Mega Foods, teams judged to have the most creative, most fun, most unique and/or overall best uniforms (remember, this is a family-friendly event!), will be Mega Foods Best Uniform Award winners for the first time in event history.  So spice up your experience with an extra special team fit, and see if you can be one of the first teams ever to win a prestigious Mega Foods Best Uniform Award at Hoopla!
